ND:R Glasses Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Employees, affiliates, and family members of [Your Brand] are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
To enter the competition, participants must provide a valid email address through the designated entry form. Additional entries can be earned by following us on specified social media platforms.
3. Entry Deadline:
The competition entry period begins on 7th March 2024 and ends on 21st March 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Prize Details:
The grand prize is a pair of either the Africa Sports Frame with a standard grey lens or the new Hizashi fashion frame design with a grey lens. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
5. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted within 3 days of the competition closing date. The winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
6. Winner Announcement:
The names of the competition winners will be announced on here and social media platforms after they have been contacted and confirmed.
7. Prize Redemption:
Winners must respond to the winner notification email within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Privacy and Data Collection:
By entering the competition, participants agree to ND:R Sports Limited Privacy Policy. Email addresses and personal information collected during the competition will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Termination or Modification:
ND:R Sports reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without notice. In the event of termination, no prizes will be awarded.
10. General Conditions:
Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws. ND:R Sports Limited reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these terms or demonstrate fraudulent activity.
11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK
